Define the Quotation Scope
Mast Structure
State the requested height, quantity and installation location. Agree the steel grade, section geometry, joints, base connection and coating specification against the 30m design. Dimensions are not taken from another mast model.
Lighting Equipment
Specify whether the quotation should include luminaires, brackets, drivers, distribution equipment, cables and controls. Provide the area layout and lighting objectives. Luminaire quantity and power are reviewed for the project rather than assumed from mast height.
Maintenance & Installation Interfaces
Confirm how the luminaires will be maintained and which maintenance equipment is included. Identify the responsibility for anchors, foundation design, civil work, erection and electrical installation. These items are included only when stated in the quotation.
Wind Load & Structural Design
Share the country and exact site, site exposure, required design standard and wind-design basis. Include the proposed luminaires and any attachments so their loads and interfaces can be reviewed. Anchor and foundation details require the corresponding ground and structural information before construction.

What is needed for a comparable quotation? Send the location, quantity, site layout, intended lighting use and required maintenance arrangement. Identify the equipment and services to include, the delivery destination and any requested trade terms.
Which documents should be agreed? Confirm the required general arrangement, interface drawings, lighting files, coating and material documents, and inspection records as part of the supply scope. Product-specific technical files are released after review and public-use approval; no unapproved drawing download is offered here.
How are packing and delivery handled? Confirm section lengths, packing protection, unloading access and transport constraints. The quotation should state its configuration, exclusions, delivery basis and lead time; these are not fixed promises on this page.
